Nature Alphabet Book: Otter

Nature Alphabet Book: Emperor Penguin

The emperor penguin is our next addition to our nature alphabet book for Letter E!  We found some cool facts and pictures at National Geographic Kids.  They even have a pretty cool video to watch.  Surprisingly Esmeralda really wanted to rush through learning about the penguins!  Here are some things we learned: Largest of 17 penguin species, approximately 45 inches After female leaves egg with male, she takes off to the sea to feed!
